Terms and Conditions for Commissions
1. General✦ Commissions are for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise (for example, commercial purposes).✦ I reserve the right to decline any request I am not comfortable with.2. Payment✦ Payment must be made in full upfront.✦ I only accept payments via PayPal or VGen.✦ Prices are non-negotiable.3. Process and Deadlines✦ I will provide updates throughout the process (sketch, line art, colors).✦ The delivery time varies between 2 and 3 weeks depending on my workload.✦ You can request up to 2 free revisions during the process. Additional changes will incur an extra fee. (Once the final lineart is done I wont do big changes, ask them on the sketch fase please)4. Copyright✦ As the artist, I retain all copyrights to the artwork. This includes the right to post it on my social media, portfolio, etc., unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.✦ You may not:⋄ Resell the artwork.⋄ Alter it without my permission.⋄ Use it for NFTs or AI.5. Commercial Use✦ If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes, the price will be higher and must be discussed beforehand.6. Cancellations and Refunds✦ If the client cancels before the commission starts, a full refund will be issued.✦If the work has already the lineart NO refund will be provided.✦ No refunds will be given once the artwork is completed.7. Delivery✦ The final artwork will be delivered digitally (.png/.jpg, 300dpi | CMYK PDF for print and RGB for social media) via email/Vgen.✦ No physical copies will be shipped.8. Communication✦ All communication must be through email or VGen.

Prohibitions✦ I do not create artworks with offensive content, explicit sexual themes or extreme violence.10. Artist and Client Protection✦ Any attempt to plagiarize, alter, or resell the artwork without permission will result in legal action.✦ I will respect the confidentiality of any personal references provided by the client.
